Our exchange policy: If your ring does not fit, you have a 3 day window from the day of purchase or receipt to exchange; The ring size tag must be intact and the ring sent back in it's original package with the receipt. If you do not know your ring size, we advise you visit your nearest jewellery store to get accurate measurements or contact us to request a measuring tool. Please refer to the ring size chart in the gallery section for clarity on sizes. Please note all courier fees will be covered by the customer.
