Within Zambia, all shipping is FREE. We use Fedex which takes upto 2 days and EMS which can take upto 10 days.

Outside the country we use DHL which takes upto 2 weeks and you may have to pay duty, also know as customs clearance.

Once your parcel has been dispatched you will be informed and your tracking number sent to you.
